Order Processing

Everything we make is built to order. Occasionally we will have an item available, and it will appear in the ready to ship section of the website.

Cancellations

You may cancel order and receive a full refund provided you are more than 10 days out from your order due date.

Returns

While we want our customers to be happy with their new foo-BARS product, we do not except returns due the expensive of return LTL freight. Should you have an issue with your item please contact us. LTL Freight is not like parcel service, refusing delivery DOES NOT return the item to us. As stated in the shipping policy if you refuse the item you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery.

LTL Freight

In a world of “free shipping,” we would rather our customers know how much they are paying for shipping versus hiding it in the price of the item. All of our items are made from real, solid wood and do not come in boxes that require assembly. They come in one fully assembled piece or when required due to size a few fully assembled pieces that when pushed together complete the item and simply require the tightening of a few screws. Everything we make is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service, so we ship via LTL freight to your curb. LTL freight is “less-than-load” which means the item will arrive on a pallet(s) in a semi-truck with a liftgate. While it doesn’t happen very often occasionally there is damage to an item, please note should your item arrive damaged, do not refuse shipment as you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time of redelivery. We will either send out replacement pieces or in the event we deem an item completely unrepairable, we will send out a new item.
