Dimensions: The length will be the same as L x 30″ D x 50″ H. Due to shipping requirements an 8 foot product will actual be 95″ in length. All sizes are nominal and products may vary slightly due to fluctuations in wood sizes.

Assembly: Arrives in 2 fully assembled pieces, once placed and a few screws tightened make the complete unit.

Shipping:  Our items are shipped via LTL freight (semi-truck w/ liftgate) to your curb. You will be responsible for getting the desk from your curb to its final destination

Everything we make is built to order.  Lead time is displayed for each product and may vary from product to product.

Shipping

LTL Freight - In a world of “free shipping,” we would rather our customers know how much they are paying for shipping versus hiding it in the price of the item. All of our items are made from real, solid wood and do not come in boxes that require assembly. They come in one fully assembled piece or when required due to size a few fully assembled pieces that when pushed together complete the item and simply require the tightening of a few screws. Everything we make is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service, so we ship via LTL freight to your curb. LTL freight is “less-than-load” which means the item will arrive on a pallet(s) in a semi-truck with a liftgate. While it doesn’t happen very often occasionally there is damage to an item, please note should your item arrive damaged, do not refuse shipment as you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery. We will either send out replacement pieces or in the event we deem an item completely unrepairable, we will send out a new item.

Cancellations
You may cancel order and receive a full refund provided we have not purchased any custom items or commenced production on your order.

Returns
While we want our customers to be happy with their new foo-BARS product, we do not except returns. Should you have an issue with your item please contact us. LTL Freight is not like parcel service, refusing delivery DOES NOT return the item to us.

As stated in the shipping policy if you refuse the item you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery.
