In addition, the Hello Shabby 2-Level is a great reception desk for salons or business with tight spaces. The design fits well with contemporary, rustic, pallet, shabby chic or industrial themes.
We build the New Colors Hello Shabby 2-Level – Rustic barnwood style reception desk by hand to order. And we use new pine whitewood lumber to mimic the rustic barnwood style, pallet style look so yours may vary slightly in color and texture. Photos contain products we have built and may feature none, some or all addons. Custom sizes may be available upon request.
Use: Indoor
Dimensions: 6′ L x 30″ D x 42″ H. All sizes are nominal and products may vary slightly due to fluctuations in wood sizes.
The top tier is 9″ wide, the bottom tier is 19 1/2” wide x 32″ high.
Assembly: Arrives fully assembled.
Shipping: Our items are shipped via LTL freight (semi-truck w/ liftgate) to your curb. You will be responsible for getting the desk from your curb to its final destination.

LTL Freight
In a world of “free shipping,” we would rather our customers know how much they are paying for shipping versus hiding it in the price of the item. All of our items are made from real, solid wood and do not come in boxes that require assembly. They come in one fully assembled piece or when required due to size a few fully assembled pieces that when pushed together complete the item and simply require the tightening of a few screws. Everything we make is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service, so we ship via LTL freight to your curb. LTL freight is “less-than-load” which means the item will arrive on a pallet(s) in a semi-truck with a liftgate. While it doesn’t happen very often occasionally there is damage to an item, please note should your item arrive damaged, do not refuse shipment as you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery. We will either send out replacement pieces or in the event we deem an item completely unrepairable, we will send out a new item.
Cancellations
You may cancel order and receive a full refund provided you are more than 10 days out from your order due date.
Returns
While we want our customers to be happy with their new foo-BARS product, we do not except returns. Should you have an issue with your item please contact us. LTL Freight is not like parcel service, refusing delivery DOES NOT return the item to us.
As stated in the shipping policy if you refuse the item you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery.

Although I love my new reception desk working with the shipping company was a complete nightmare. I was told to contact the company once it was delivered as freight since the delivery schedule would be 1-2 business days after that first date. I called every morning and they told me it would be the next business day. 3 days in a row. Then they tried to deliver the desk to my business without contacting me even though they said it would be the following day. So I wasn’t available when they attempted the delivery. It then took another week of me calling and the company telling me the desk was lost or missing. After that they finally found the order and scheduled a delivery appointment for me. It never showed up. I called again they told me it was missing. I finally got it a week later after the supervisor got involved.
