Shipping
LTL Freight
In a world of “free shipping,” we would rather our customers know how much they are paying for shipping versus hiding it in the price of the item. All of our items are made from real, solid wood and do not come in boxes that require assembly. They come in one fully assembled piece or when required due to size a few fully assembled pieces that when pushed together complete the item and simply require the tightening of a few screws. Everything we make is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service, so we ship via LTL freight to your curb. LTL freight is “less-than-load” which means the item will arrive on a pallet(s) in a semi-truck with a liftgate. While it doesn’t happen very often occasionally there is damage to an item, please note should your item arrive damaged, do not refuse shipment as you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery. We will either send out replacement pieces or in the event we deem an item completely unrepairable, we will send out a new item.
Cancellations
You may cancel order and receive a full refund provided you are more than 10 days out from your order due date.
Returns
While we want our customers to be happy with their new foo-BARS product, we do not except returns. Should you have an issue with your item please contact us. LTL Freight is not like parcel service, refusing delivery DOES NOT return the item to us.
As stated in the shipping policy if you refuse the item you will have to pay a redelivery fee to the freight company at time redelivery.

Beautiful well made bar! I just wish I’d realized what the abbreviations were on the options (my fault) because I didn’t get the shelf underneath and we’re now needing to build one! But I will definitely be getting another bar from these guys – really beautiful work!

Supposedly the item was damaged in transport. It was hard to determine extended the damage until I unwrapped the product. I received a refund but it was not my fault that the unit was damaged and I had a little recourse.I would never want to find myself in this position again with the seller.
